Who we are

Nawah Works (نواة ووركس) is a web design studio in Saudi Arabia, registered under Saudi freelance document no. FL-440225693. For any question about your data, email hello@nawahworks.com.

What we collect

When you send the quote form: your name, business name, type of business, budget range, what you need, phone number, email, and your answer to the control-panel question.

Why

Only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and talk to you about it. We don’t send marketing, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Form submissions travel through an external form-handling provider whose servers are outside Saudi Arabia, then reach our business email inbox. If you message us on WhatsApp, the chat is stored in WhatsApp.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they read and how many quote requests we receive. We don’t link this to your name.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for 12 months after our last conversation, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep what is needed to deliver the project and invoice it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time via hello@nawahworks.com. We reply within 30 days at most.
